DESCRIPTION:National Stop the Bleed Day\n\n\n\n\n\nStop the Bleed is one of our nation’s largest public health campaigns. It’s goal is to save lives by training people across the country how to stop traumatic bleeding. \nMay is National Stop the Bleed month\, and National Stop the Bleed Day is a one day call to action.  Anyone can be trained and be ready to save someone’s life – a friend\, a family member\, colleague or the person next to you – whether you know them or not. \nGet trained\, get equipped\, be ready\, be empowered\, spread the word.  Stop the Bleed. \nWhy it Matters\nUncontrolled bleeding is a major cause of preventable deaths.
