Emergency Preparedness & Neighborhood Councils

This meeting will launch the new Neighborhood Council “Emergency Preparedness Liaison” position. The EMD and DONE will provide training for Neighborhood Councils on how to promote RYLAN (Ready Your L.A. Neighborhood) and explain the duties of the Emergency Preparedness Liaison.
